Preheat the GrillSet Up: Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F to 375°F).

Place the Chicken on the GrillIndirect Heat: Position the chicken breast-side up on the cooler side of the grill (indirect heat).

Cook the ChickenCover and Grill: Close the lid and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness;

Baste –Add Flavor: If desired, baste the chicken with additional marinade or sauce every 30 minutes for extra flavor.
